SMB Kiosk Pilot

CADSI is considering a new exhibiting option for small and medium sized businesses at select international shows in 2027.We are testing a new exhibiting option for small and medium sized businesses at select international shows in 2027.

The SMB Kiosk is designed for companies that want a presence in the Canada Pavilion without committing to a full booth. It offers shared space, visibility within the national pavilion, and access to Canada led programming.

This is a pilot concept. We are gauging interest now to shape the format, footprint, and eligibility for future shows.

If this option would support your international goals, we want to hear from you.

What is the Canada Pavilion?

The Canada Pavilion is a nationally coordinated showcase led by CADSI that brings together Canadian defence and security companies at major international defence and security trade shows. It provides a unified Canadian presence through shared branding, business development assistance, and comprehensive exhibiting solutions.

Who is eligible to participate in the Canada Pavilion?

All Canadian defence and security companies are welcome to participate. Depending on the event, you can join either as an exhibitor with your own booth or as a Walker Program delegate, allowing you to explore business opportunities without a booth.

What does the Walker Program involve?

The Walker Program is CADSI’s official delegation option for companies wishing to attend international trade shows without exhibiting. Participants "walk the show" under the Canada Pavilion banner, gaining access to Pavilion events, CADSI support, and exclusive networking with international buyers and government representatives.

How can I register to take part?

Registration is available directly through CADSI or via one of our provincial partners. Companies registering through provincial partners benefit from discounted rates. Check the Upcoming Events section on this page for event details and registration information.

What kind of support does CADSI provide to participants?

CADSI delivers comprehensive support, including on-site coordination, Pavilion branding, networking events, and access to market briefings and webinars to prepare your company for international engagement.

Is CADSI membership required to participate?

While some benefits such as webinars, market briefings, and GATEWAY tools, are exclusive to members, the Canada Pavilion itself is open to all Canadian companies regardless of membership.

Can organizations sponsor or partner with CADSI internationally?

Yes. CADSI offers Industry Sponsorships and Government Partnerships for organizations aiming to enhance their brand visibility and support Canada’s unified international presence. Sponsorship packages provide exposure at Pavilion events and co-branding opportunities.

What does the Walker program include?

Participants walk the show under the Canada Pavilion banner and have access to a home base within the Pavilion. Dedicated meeting space may be available for Walkers to use, alongside access to Pavilion events, on site CADSI support, and targeted networking with international buyers and government representatives.

CADSI members have access to Gateway Intel, a comprehensive suite of business intelligence tools, market data, and export readiness resources designed to help companies confidently navigate global defence markets.
